About

Believing that we blossom in the context of nurturing relationships, the sensation of feeling felt matters.
I seek to meet my clients where they are, sensitively feeling into what it might be like to be you, with respect, openness and warmth.
Of Indian descent but born in Aotearoa New Zealand, I am attentive to questions around cultural and ethnic identity, power, intersectionality, and how broader systems of societal oppression and injustice affect us.
I have a particular affinity for language, poetry, and self-expression. The practice of describing, articulating and finding words for our experiences in therapy can strengthen our sense of identity, and increase self-clarity.
